Our large, two-bedrooom, two-bathroom, second-floor apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area (Los Almendros) on the grounds of the Campoamor Golf Complex.Other golf courses nearby include Villamartin and Las Ramblas.

Amenities

The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds; two bathrooms, one with full bath, one with shower; and a lovely terrace with table and chairs. The living room seats six people comfortably and has a double bed settee plus a two-seater couch, TV and DVD player. Those who enjoy fresh food and cooking will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen (5-ring gas cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils, crockery and cutlery) and fresh fruit and vegetables to be found at local markets. However, for those wishing a break from cooking, a variety of enticing restaurants are located nearby. Towels and linens are provided along with a washing machine. There is a lift in the building so don't worry about having to carry your golf clubs!

The area provides a wide variety of options for visitors: golf, sightseeing, water sports and horse riding, if you prefer an active holiday; and many beaches for those who want to relax in the sun, and enjoy the Mediterranean waters.

A large supermarket, banks, and bars are within a two- to three-minute walk of your apartment, and you'll find a variety of restaurants in the nearby town of Villamartin, just a short journey by car.
